Wet pubs in Belfast and the rest of Northern Ireland remain hopeful that COVID-19 restrictions are to be eased. Bars across Northern Ireland closed in March when the Northern Ireland Executive ordered them to close as part of the lockdown to try and combat the global pandemic.
