Former British solider David Holden given a three year suspended sentence at Belfasts Laganside Courts. The 52-year-old found guilty of the manslaughter of Aidan McAnespie in February 1988. Mr McAnespie, 24, was fatally wounded after walking through a checkpoint at Aughnacloy in Co. Tyrone, on his way to a GAA match.
