Family members of two men shot dead during the Troubles take case against the British government's legacy proposals.

Left to right. Daniel McCready along with John burns, his sister Patricia Burns and her daughter Alana Thompson .

Daniel McCreadys brother Jim McCann was one of six men shot dead in the New Lodge area of north Belfast in 1973. John and Patricia Burns father Thomas Burns was shot dead by the army in north Belfast in 1972.
