On Saturday 15th November around 150 members of TA unit 204 Field Hospital took part in a thanks giving service at St Annes Cathedral
The service was followed by a parade and the Afghanistan medal presentation at the offices of Castlereagh Borough council where the unit were granted the Freedom of the Borough.
In attendance was the GOC NI Major general Chris Brown,Castlereagh Mayor Councillor Ann Marie Beattie and First Minister Peter Robinson.
