Newry Republican Commemoration Committee parade through the town to Raymond McCreesh park to commemorate the hunger striker. IRA volunteer Raymond McCreesh died in May 1981 as part of the Republican hunger strikes which seen 10 men die in the Maze prison. A children's playpark in Newry was recently named after him.
A republican colour party leads the parade.
