Employees from Denroy Group are pictured assembling quantities of the Hero Shield visor at the factory in Bangor, County Down.
The Hero Shield is a visor designed to protect healthcare workers from liquid splashes and bodily fluids when treating Covid-19 infectious patients, it has been created by a collective of companies throughout Northern Ireland who want to help our Heroic Key Workers in this time of crisis.
Denroy are proud to be able to contribute in a small way to help combat Covid 19 while ensuring the health and safety of their staff and their families. That is why over the past weeks the Denroy Group have implemented measures on: Hygiene, Social Distancing, Travel and Visitors. Denroy M.D John Irwin stated: I am very proud of our staff and thank them for their ongoing efforts during this outbreak. By helping provide the Hero Shields the Denroy team is making a worthy contribution to helping fight this terrible virus and support the NHS. I cant wait to see this on the production line.
