Wreath laying ceremony at the memorial to three Scottish solders in the Ligoneil area of north Belfast killed by the IRA in 1971. Brothers John and Joseph McCaig and Dougald McCaughey of the Royal Highland Fusiliers were off duty when they were lured to the area in March 1971 and shot dead.
