Titanic Quarter 10k run
Denise Shields of Titanic Quarter Ltd congratulates the top three women in Sunday’s Titanic Quarter 10K race. Julie Turley of Dromore Athletics Club took the women’s title with a time of 35mins 53 secs, ahead of Pauline Curley of Tullamore Harriers in second place (36:08) and Claire Connor of North Belfast Harriers in third with a time of 39mins 17 secs. It was another record-breaking year for the event, with over 2000 runners taking part in the 10K road race which is sponsored by Titanic Quarter Ltd and Belfast City Council and organised by Athletics Northern Ireland.
